Do you need to take supplements? (disclaimer)
For the great majority of people, not at all. UR Health & Fitness recommends the general population eat a broad, nutritionally complete diet and does not recommend you take supplements. For individual advice, speak to one of our trainers or an Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD).
