At UR Health and Fitness, we provide in gym exercise physiology services fully funded for eligible DVA Gold and White card holders with a GP referral. We take an individual approach to care, rehabilitation and recovery; providing a tailored plan to each individual. You will be in good hands.

As a veteran owned business, we are dedicated to helping veterans improve their health, manage chronic conditions, and recover from injuries. If you are under the care of our exercise physiologist, your gym membership is at zero cost. Any veterans not eligible for exercise physiology and veterans’ families will be given our best discount on gym memberships, speak to Matt or use the code Vet25 on sign up.
