We have members from Aura (Baringa and Narimba), Meridan Plains, Caloundra West, Aroona, Currimundi, Caloundra Golden Beach, Pelican Waters and even some as far as Beerwah, Landsborough and Maleny. How do I pick a personal trainer?
Talk to them (they’re not scary, nor are they pushy salesmen). We’re here to help people achieve their health and fitness outcomes and we’ll work to get the best result for you.
Do you offer Veteran Discounts?
If you access our Exercise Physiology program, your gym membership is free. As a veteran owned and operated business, we offer 25% off our membership rates to those who don’t recieve EP services. Contact us to discuss
Do you have flexible memberships? I’m a FIFO worker or travel away part of the year. Can I arrange a payment routine that fits my work or lifestyle? / Is there a limit on membership suspensions?
Contact us to arrange membership based on your schedule. We can tailor a solution to you. You shouldn’t have to pay for the gym when you can’t come.
Can I pay by other methods to avoid paying the direct debit fees?
Contact us to arrange to pay by bank transfer, PAYID or pay in cash. We also take card/eftpos for casual visits
Do you take Fitness Passport?
Yes we do, you’ll simply need to pay an access tag fee and scan the QR code when you come in
If you’d like to join in on our small group classes, you can pay a casual rate of $10/class or $20 per week to upgrade your FP membership
Do I have to sign up for a minimum contract?
Most people sign up for casual memberships and can leave anytime with 2 weeks notice (due to billing). We also offer the ability to pay in advance at a discounted rate
Can my kids come and train with me? / What age do people have to be to join?
Your kids can train here, however for insurance reasons, only members are allowed to train in the gym. Children as young as 5 and up can join the gym, but under 16 must be supervised by a responsible adult (or under direction of our staff). Junior members must have their parent/guardian sign a waiver
Is it safe for children to lift weights?
Absolutely, provided they stay within their ability and receive accurate guidance, adhering to correct lifting techniques. They will generally be under greater resistance forces (and risk of injury) playing sport or jumping on a trampoline than they encounter lifting weights in the gym.
