Online Programming
Our online programming is app based individualised programming service provided by our experienced health professionals specifically designed for each individual.
Your app will include
Full training plan
Daily and weekly scheduling
Specific exercise videos with instructional cues
Training stats including sets, reps, weights and rest periods
Internal messaging with your personal trainer any time
Progression tracking
Customised Coaching
Comprehensive coaching, ongoing program development, accountability systems and fortnightly personal checkin system $49/week

One off program design
Goal specific program created, designed to last 12 weeks, internal program progressions $300
- This program will ensure you have exactly what you need to achieve your goals and is packed full of education.
Optional extra – add on ‘Nutritional Guidance’ for an extra $30 a week on top of any of the above packages.
Nutritional Guidance includes:
- An individualised nutrition plan specific for your goals
- Diet and calorie manipulation when needed
- Food alternative options to fit your diet plan
Terms & Conditions:
Payments: All payments for app-based training are set up via ezy debit and debited weekly.
Minimum Term: All app-based programs are for a lock in minimum of 12 weeks.
